1. Wallet Usage
All earnings, payments, and transfers are managed through the ActivePal Wallet.
Users can view their total wallet balance, connection charges earned, and withdrawal history at any time.
Wallet balances are not directly withdrawable.
Only 20% of the total wallet balance (or service charge earnings) becomes available for withdrawal.
2. Platform Fee
For every withdrawal, a 20% platform fee is automatically deducted.
This fee covers payment gateway charges, system maintenance, taxes, and operational costs.
The remaining 80% is transferred to the user’s registered bank account.
3. Bank and Payment Security
To request a withdrawal, users must provide accurate bank account details.
All bank details are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are not visible to other users.
ActivePal does not share, sell, or expose banking or personal data to any third party.
4. Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on bank or payment partner timelines.
Delays may occur due to verification, technical issues, or holidays.
5. Refunds and Reversals
Once a withdrawal is processed, it cannot be reversed.
Refunds or adjustments to wallet balance are allowed only for verified technical or billing errors.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their bank details are correct.
ActivePal is not responsible for payments made to incorrect or inactive bank accounts provided by the user.
7. Data Security & Confidentiality
All personal and financial information is handled with strict confidentiality.
Your financial and transaction data is accessible only to you within the app.
ActivePal follows secure data protocols to protect user identity and prevent unauthorized access.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By continuing to use the app and performing any wallet transaction, you agree to the terms of this Transaction & Withdrawal Agreement and the ActivePal Terms & Conditions.
