What is ActivePal?

ActivePal is a social fitness platform where users can offer or avail activity-based services such as gym training, yoga, swimming, walking companionship, or other fitness sessions.
You can both earn by providing services and book services from others through the app.

You create your profile and list at least one service you offer.
Other users can find and connect with you for that service.
When someone books your service or connection, you earn connection charges that appear in your wallet.
You can use your wallet to book other services or withdraw part of your earnings to your bank account.

A connection charge is a small amount paid by a user to connect or get contact access (like WhatsApp or email) of a service provider.
This helps ensure genuine connections and prevents spam or misuse.

You can earn by:
Offering services such as walking, yoga, swimming, fitness training, or other activities.
Each time a user connects or books you, you earn a connection charge in your wallet.
You can withdraw a portion of your wallet balance as real money.

Only 20% of your wallet balance (earned service charges) is available for withdrawal.
The remaining amount covers system maintenance, service costs, and taxes.

Yes. ActivePal charges a 20% platform fee on each withdrawal to cover payment gateway and platform expenses.
For example, if you withdraw ₹1000, you will receive ₹800 in your bank account.

Go to the Wallet section in the app.
Tap Withdraw.
Enter the amount (up to your eligible withdrawal limit).
Add or select your bank account.
Confirm the request — the amount will be processed to your bank within 3–5 business days.

Yes✅.
Your bank details are fully encrypted and used only for processing withdrawals.
They are not visible to other users and never shared with any third-party organization.

Yes. You can use your wallet balance to pay for booking other users services directly inside the app.

ActivePal only provides a connection platform and is not responsible for personal disputes or the quality of services.
Please use your own discretion when booking or meeting others.
Refunds are only applicable for technical or payment errors.

We collect only necessary information such as:
Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Location
Contact details (email, phone number)
Bank details (for withdrawal)
All data is securely stored and protected as per our Privacy Policy.

We take misuse, fraud, and harassment reports very seriously.

Yes. You can delete your account from the app settings.
All personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for financial or legal purposes.
