1. General Policy
ActivePal does not provide refunds for any payments or charges once a transaction is completed.
The app only serves as a platform to connect users who offer or avail services such as gym, yoga, swimming, or walking companionship.
All sessions, meetings, and service arrangements are made directly between users. ActivePal does not control or manage these activities.
2. User-to-User Service Responsibility
Each user is responsible for verifying and confirming service details before making a payment or booking.
Once a connection or booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued if the user changes their mind, is dissatisfied with the service, or experiences personal disputes.
ActivePal is not responsible for communication, behavior, or performance between users after connection or booking.
3. Technical or Billing Issues
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Failed transaction where the amount was debited but not credited to your wallet
Payment gateway malfunction verified by our system
In these cases, users must contact ios.passionateinfotech@gmail.com
with:
Transaction ID
Date and time of payment
Screenshot or proof of transaction
All verified refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Wallet and Withdrawal Refunds
Wallet top-ups and connection payments are non-refundable.
Withdrawals once processed to a user’s bank account cannot be reversed.
Refunds are not applicable for wallet deductions, platform fees, or completed transactions.
5. Dispute Resolution
ActivePal is not a mediator between users.
Any disagreement or dispute between users must be resolved privately and respectfully outside the platform.
However, misuse, fraud, or harassment can be reported to our team at ios.passionateinfotech@gmail.com for account action.
6. Policy Updates
ActivePal reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted within the app. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
