1. Platform Overview
ActivePal provides a digital marketplace where users can offer or avail fitness and activity-based services such as gym training, yoga, swimming, walking companionship, and similar wellness activities.
The app enables users to connect, communicate, and transact with one another.
All services are managed directly between users — ActivePal acts only as a platform facilitator.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must use the platform respectfully, professionally, and lawfully.
All sessions, bookings, and meetings are voluntarily decided by users.
ActivePal is not liable for any offline interactions, disputes, or personal issues between users.
Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior can lead to account suspension.
3. Service and Earnings
Every registered user can offer at least one service and also book services from others.
When a user books a service, a connection charge is applied.
The service provider receives this connection charge as part of their wallet earnings.
Only 20% of the wallet balance is eligible for withdrawal. The remaining portion covers system costs, maintenance, and platform sustainability.
4. Payments and Wallet System
All payments are handled through the ActivePal Wallet.
Users can add money, view transaction history, and request withdrawals through the Wallet screen.
ActivePal charges a 20% platform fee on the amount withdrawn.
Withdrawals are transferred to the user’s verified bank account linked within the app.
Bank details and transaction data are fully encrypted and never shared with third parties.
5. Communication Access
Contact information (WhatsApp number or email) of another user becomes visible only after a confirmed payment or booking.
ActivePal does not disclose user data outside the platform except as required by law or for payment verification purposes.
6. User Data & Privacy
ActivePal collects and securely stores basic personal data such as name, date of birth, gender, location, and contact details to facilitate service matching.
Bank information provided for withdrawals is encrypted and used solely for payout processing.
No personal or financial data is shared or sold to third-party companies.
Your profile and service listings may be visible to other users within the app only, never publicly outside ActivePal.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for personal disputes, service dissatisfaction, or unmet expectations.
Refunds may be granted only in cases of technical errors or payment failures, subject to verification.
8. Misuse, Fraud, and Violations
Fake profiles, identity fraud, or manipulation of wallet transactions will result in immediate account suspension and fund freezing.
ActivePal reserves full rights to terminate accounts and restrict withdrawals for users violating these terms.
9. Termination
The company may suspend or delete any account violating these Terms or engaging in misuse.
Users may delete their account at any time. Pending balances will be processed as per platform policy.
10. Service Disclaimer
ActivePal does not guarantee the quality, skill, or outcome of any user-provided service.
All service listings are self-managed by users.
Users are advised to use discretion and judgment before accepting or providing any service.
11. Updates
ActivePal reserves the right to update these Terms and related Agreements periodically. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
